Using AirCME

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service only for lawful professional-learning and recordkeeping purposes. Do not upload patient-identifiable information, material you lack the right to use, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights.

What the service does

AirCME helps organize user-selected learning, travel plans, daily attestations, certificates, and reports. AirCME does not award accredited CME, verify attendance, practice medicine, provide legal or tax advice, guarantee reimbursement or deductions, or guarantee that any employer, board, accreditor, or tax authority will accept a record.

Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing suggestions, extracted certificate details, plans, attestations, and exports for accuracy. Keep provider-issued certificates, receipts, approvals, and other original records required by your organization or applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be suspended for security, maintenance, legal, or provider reasons. Material changes that require consent will be versioned and presented before the affected paid service continues. These Terms incorporate the versioned Subscription, Retention, Messaging, and Privacy policies linked above.

Warranty, responsibility, and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, AirCME is provided “as is” without a promise that generated material or third-party services will be error-free or meet a particular professional, tax, reimbursement, or licensing requirement. AirCME is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss; aggregate liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid AirCME during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Contact AirCME first so an account or billing concern can be investigated. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and any non-waivable law that protects you where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

Questions or requests: contact AirCME. Keep a copy of the version shown when you accept.
