Separate, affirmative choices

Optional daily learning, review, reminder, SMS, and WhatsApp messages require an affirmative channel-and-purpose choice. They are not a condition of buying a membership. Choices start unchecked and are recorded separately from acceptance of mandatory service terms.

Transactional messages

AirCME may send essential account, security, billing, cancellation, deletion, or service notices needed to provide or protect the service. Where consent is required by law, AirCME obtains it before sending.

Frequency and charges

Frequency depends on the conferences, schedules, and reminders you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed and a failed message does not extend a deadline.

Stop or change messages

Change channel and purpose choices in Message preferences. Reply STOP to supported text channels to opt out; revocation applies prospectively and does not erase the historical consent or suppression record needed to honor the request.

No patient information

Do not send patient information in replies or support requests. Daily links and account messages may contain private professional-record context, so protect your device and report a lost or forwarded link.

Questions or requests: contact AirCME. Keep a copy of the version shown when you accept.
