The commercial terms presented before a paid AirCME membership begins.
Effective September 26, 2026. This version applies only when AirCME presents it for acceptance. Policy changes that require new consent will be presented before the affected paid service or optional messages continue.
The physician membership price shown in checkout is $180 USD due for one year of service. Unless cancelled before the next renewal charge, it automatically renews every year at $180 USD using the saved payment method. AirCME will disclose and obtain any consent required before a material price or renewal change applies.
Use Manage subscription when available or contact AirCME before the renewal date. Stopping renewal prevents future subscription charges; access may continue through the paid-through date, subject to the account cancellation rules below.
Requesting account cancellation stops renewals and new purchases or conferences. Existing valid conferences may be viewed, exported, and completed only until the earlier of entitlement expiry or the deletion deadline. Customer content is scheduled for deletion 30 elapsed days after AirCME accepts the account-cancellation request, even if annual access was paid beyond that date.
Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund the current annual charge. Refund requests are reviewed by authorized staff based on the transaction, applicable law, and any written exception AirCME approves. A refund or grant revocation by itself is not an account-cancellation request and does not start content deletion.
Course fees, travel, accommodations, messaging or carrier charges, taxes, and other third-party costs are separate unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
