Retention & Deletion Policy

Effective September 26, 2026. This version applies only when AirCME presents it for acceptance. Policy changes that require new consent will be presented before the affected paid service or optional messages continue.

Active accounts

Accepted conference evidence, accepted original sources, and precise location you chose to collect are retained for seven calendar years from the applicable record anchor. Real amendments may extend a dependent record bundle; viewing, downloading, retrying, or re-rendering does not.

Cancellation overrides ordinary retention

Once AirCME accepts an account-cancellation request, customer content is scheduled for deletion after 30 elapsed days. The paid-through date is stored separately and cannot postpone deletion. During closeout, new purchases and new conferences stop; viewing, export, and valid-conference completion end no later than the deletion deadline.

Service providers and backups

AirCME seeks to remove active and provider working copies within the stated deletion process. Backup and residual-copy handling must be validated before live customer launch; AirCME will not claim all copies are gone while an incompatible provider still retains them.

Limited records that may remain

AirCME may retain the minimum transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, consent, suppression, security, and deletion receipt evidence required to document what occurred. Those records must not be used as a hidden archive of deleted conference content, and deleted content is not restored from backup.
